Stephen serves as an Executive Coach and lead trainer for GPS and has over 30 years of experience developing and instilling values-based, performance-focused, serving-leadership skills to hundreds of leaders. In his last leadership position he has tripled the business income and led 110+ employees. Stephen has completed his Master of Education at Regent University and is a Doctoral Candidate at Evangel University.
Sophia serves at Director of Operations and Corporate Coach for GPS. She has over 20 years experience helping organizations develop and define strategic mission, vision, values, and goals. Sophia has assisted businesses to restructure and improve systems and has developed leadership teams to perform at a higher level.Sophia has completed her Masters in Organizational Leadership at Evangel University.
